The Vultures ~ 1924
Similar to their avian namesakes, the Uncanny Circus Vultures lacked typical vocalization, limiting their exchanges to grunts, hisses, and chitters. This did not stymie their socialization! They’d often be seen at the end of a long day, gently circling the distracted fair goers, enjoying their scent of nervous anticipation. It was the Vultures who’d first sense when an audience was ripe to join them in a shared meal of hysterical, unhinged laughter.
